No. There is no minimum volume, no onboarding fee and no long contract. You fund your account before stock arrives and the balance draws down as orders go out — that is the only commitment we ask for.
£0.30 per cubic foot per month, on the space your stock actually occupies, from the day it lands. There is a £0.05 per-unit minimum that applies only where the volume calculation falls below it — you pay whichever is higher, never both. The rate is the same all year, including Q4.
No. Postage is passed straight through at Royal Mail's published online rate. Postage is VAT-exempt and recharged at cost; VAT applies only to our own fulfilment and storage charges.
Royal Mail and DPD, through our own established accounts. If you'd rather buy your own labels, you can — or we'll generate them for £0.10 per label.
