What we collect
When you use our quote form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, and information about the products you sell and ship.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you pricing (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).
- To set up and run your account if you become a customer (performance of a contract).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Our website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, and form submissions reach us by email through Hostinger, who process them on our behalf. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view, which is provided by Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an account are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
